I've been wanting to try hemp protein lately. I think it tastes fine and it adds a bit of thickness to the shake which is nice. The 4 tbsps of hemp protein add 13 grams of protein, 40% iron, 7 grams of fiber and 60% of the daily value of magnesium. 

Serves 1

1 cup brazil nut milk

4 tbsps Navitas Organic Hemp Protein Powder

1/2 tsp shilaji powder

1/4 cup oats

1 banana

1 cup organic kale

Add all ingredients into a high power blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy!
